Would definitely recommend to a friend
The hotel was very cozy, however it is small. But the room was clean, the size was ok, personnel friendly and location is just 3 minutes from the metro station. What else do you need if you don't plan to spend your vacation in the hotel :)

A lovely Hotel in good surroundings.
The Hotel was really pretty and clean. Our Room was quite small, but comfy. The staff war friendly and helpful.
The only point of critique were the sawage pipes. Whenever we or our neighbours used the flushing or shower ist was really noisy. But it didn't bother too much ;-)

Lovely owners & traditional parison decor.
The owners of the hotel were very friendly and very helpful from start to finish. Decor is traditional Parison but it could be argued slightly outdated. It was very clean though & had all you need. Sound travels though in this closely packed hotel so lots of privacy and quiet lie ins are not what you will get at this hotel!

Pleasant Stay
Very, very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But be honest with yourself about your type of travel and expectations. If you are a budget traveler, this is a wonderful place. We stayed twice in May, once on the second floor and once on the fourth floor, as a base between trips to Venice and London and to spend a little time in Paris. Both times we had a view of Haumann and the Shakespeare bookshop. We could not have been more pleased with LOCATION. 20 minutes of walking up Hausmann to the left and you are at the Arch d’ Triumph. Walk about 20 minutes in the opposite direction (know the city well or make sure you have a map) and you are headed to Louvre and other main attractions. In spite of the busy street, both rooms were super quite with windows closed. The lower room had a lovely, small balcony. The upper room had only a widow rail, but still offered a fresh breeze when needed. Bathrooms are small, but clean. Expect a European shower and have a bar of soap (you get one small bar). Our lower room had some rug spotting, some minor paint flecking on the high ceiling. Our fourth floor room had newer rugs, bathroom tile and curtains. Beds were firm. Using curtains and shutters, you can sleep till 10:00 if you desire. But breakfast is served at the exact time you desire (within 15 minute intervals) in your room between 7 and 10. The staff speaks multiple languages, is very fluent in English and was pleasant and helpful on all shifts. We hope to return to Paris in the future and this will certainly be a place we will consider again.

Weekend away
This hotel is in a Great location, walking distance to the champs d' Elysee and then on to the other major attractions. The hotel has an old feel which is great while the rooms are large and comfortable.
