London is a expensive city. At this place you get what you pay for. The room is confortáble and clean. Nice warm and cozy. But now comes the inconviniencies. I will not recomend the place for a woman alone. Far from subway, and the área although safe is sort of scary. If you are in a couple and don,t mind returning to the hotel at the last subway train it is OK. There is a small market next door but no night restaurants or pubs around. No intertainment in this área. Good thing is that you get to city very fast by subway. As it is on victoria line just on the border of área 2_ just one underground ticket

Seven Sisters might seem a little off, but Victoria to King Cross is 10 mins. You won't get such a nice room for this kind of money in a better location in London.

This place was a little dream. I payed very few pounds per night for having a special double room, with private bathroom. The room was clean, warm, cosy. In the shower (beautiful) there were clean towels, shower gel, shower gel and hairdryer, tea facilities and even the adapters. I didn't believe at my eyes. The girl of the staff was so nice and kind, she took care that everything was good. The location is only 10 minutes walking (really) to the tube station Seven Sister, that is 10 minutes from the centre (Oxford Circus) using Victoria Line. Again, a dream. I payed just 20 pounds per night (or less) for staying like in hotel with my partner. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Stayed for 2 nights while visiting London. Room was clean and cosy, and the landlady was cheerful and helpful! Short walk from Seven Sisters Station, ideal for travelling to the city centre. Would definitely return if visiting London again.
I have visited London from Scotland few times and paid lot of money to stay in hotels and B&Bs but the experience was little to write about. I felt that I was paying too much in London but getting less for it! However, this time when I stayed at Tottenham Guest House, I was really pleased. This is a real hidden gem in North London. This is closer to Seven Sisters tube station, so Central London is easily accessible. The room was so clean and nice. I had a very good en-suite room with my own fridge with tea making facility, free internet and lovely huge plasma TV! The bed was so comfortable and the room was noise free. The best sleep I ever had beside in my own bed at home!!
I had the use of the shared kitchen, which was really tidy with opening to a lovely balcony. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I felt at home there. This would be the place I would like to book again when I am visiting London!! This provides a value for money
