The 2 star Hotel Collodi is a really beautiful hotel found in the historical centre of Florence, one of the most interesting cities in Italy. It's a small hotel, with just 12 rooms, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. So, staying here will be an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in the St. Lorenzo district, about 5 minutes away from the Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Also, the Cathedral, Uffizi Gallery, Accademia Gallery and Ponte Vecchio are all within walking distance of the hotel. Buses stop within just 150 metres away, so you can easily get to any corner of the city. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants in the area, where you can sample the famous Italian cuisine. Also, the biggest open market in the city is found in this area, and this is also where the Medici family once lived.

As mentioned, there are just 12 rooms in the establishment, with the choice between staying in a single, twin, double, triple or quadruple room. Please let the establishment know two days in advance if you need either twin beds or a double bed. All of the rooms are equipped with telephone, hair-dryer, air-conditioning and TV. Cots for babies are available also, at an extra charge. The continental breakfast is included in the price. The staff will help you with reservations for the Uffizi Galleries, Pitti Palace Museums and Academy of Fine Arts.
