Lokalizacja SUPER. Reszta po odpowiednim nastawieniu się do zaakceptowania: Po zgloszeniu w hotelu w recepcji przeszlismy z osoba z personelu do budynku gdzie mieści sie Gaia B&B. Na poczatek, pan nie mogl otworzyc drzi wejsciowych (staliśmy na ulicy jakieś 5 min.). Jak juz ktos wychodzil z bramy, weszlismy do srodka. Gaia B&B to mieszkanie na 3p. kiemienicy (klatka kamienicy ładna). W mieszkaniu 4 pokoje. Okazalo sie, że rezerwowany przez nas pokój 3 osobowy jest już zajęty... ale wstawiono nam dodatkowe łózko do pok. 2 os., pokój był spory więc nie stanowiło to dla nas problemu, ale pierwsza godzina po przyjeździe dostarczyła nam sporo negatywnych wrażeń. Ostatecznie wszystko było ok. Trzeba nastawić się że jest to mieszkanie czyste, ale zniszczone. W kątach wiszą/wystają kable. Jest dość chłodno. Śniadanie w całości z produktów pakowanych "jednorazowych", bułki z foli, masło, dżem, jednorazowe, płatki i mleko, kiepskiej jakości napoje ciepłe i zimne. Plusem jest ogólnie dostępna kuchnia, gdzie po przyjściu mogliśmy zaparzyć sobie swoją kawę i zrobić chińskie zupki ;).

De lokatie is gewoon goed, je kunt van hieruit alles te voet of per openbaar vervoer goed bereiken. Het delen van de badkamer inclusief toilet is niet handig als je allemaal tegelijk vroeg wil vetrekken. Dan moet je soms lang wachten. Het appartement is erg gehorig. Het ontbijt was niet geweldig. Elke dag dezelfde langhoudbare, met smaakstoffen gearomatiseerde voorverpakte broodjes met boter en jam. Niet echt smakelijk. Voordeel is wel dat je zelf je ontbijtspullen kan kopen en opeten. Je kunt gebruik maken van de keuken.

The location was good being close to the Termini train station, but was consequently very noisy, and so probably wouldn't choose again. Charged extra for air con. The ceiling fan was broken which they fixed the next day, but broke again within 4 hours. Staff very friendly.

The accomodation was good for the cheap price we paid. Good location, reasonable privacy. Shared bathroom probably not suitable for anyone too fussy: mildew all over the shower curtain; Shower head fixture broken; pealing paint. However, shower was consistently hot despite several people using one after the other and the bathroom was cleaned through every day. Apartment bedrooms a good size. Breakfast was simple but no complaints there. The lad who greeted us at the reception in the other hotel was nice; very friendly and really helpful.
