The hotel is tiny but it is in great location and is in walking distance to all main attractions. The owner is really friendly and helpfull, good value for a budget accommodation. So thumb up. :)

Propre, calme car très bien isolé de l'extérieur, personnel très compétent et ehotel extrement bien situé. Certes, pas un bel hotel, mais idéal pour les petits budgets, l essentiel est là !

Downtown Accommodation proved to be great value for money. It is a mere 5 minute walk away from the Coliseum, and is walking distance from every other tourist point in Rome. The room we stayed in was great. I had requested for a quiet room prior to our arrival, and we were given just that! The room was in a great state - clean room, clean bathroom, no problems with the TV or hot water, and the bed was great (unlike the springy beds you can get at other places). Lorenzo, the owner of the hotel, was also very friendly and helpful with any questions regarding Rome, tours, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was served in our room every morning (at a time convenient to us), and it kept us going until lunch time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!
