Bon accueil, sympathique, en français. Très bien situé (gare, centre, Colisée et forum). Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous n'aurons pas de raison de changer de logement.

The accomodationw was good -although I could only use it for 3h because of delayed plane arrival- but the hotel is clearly exploiting labour in the reception. I don't know how much the guy in the reception is making but he was not qualified: - the hotel didn't have change and it was not possible to pay by any kind of card, - it took him 10 minutes to fill in the registration paper, - it took 10 minutes to fill in an invoice that I needed and it finally was wrong because it didn't include the VAT (and the guy at the reception didn't know what VAT was) and it didn't include what I already paid online (the guy also didn't know about this). I almost miss my train next morning because of incompetent service. The guy should get a minimum training about maths, writing and how to run an hotel.
