L'hotel è molto carino, ma la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Non tutte le dotazioni descritte nell'offerta sono presenti (es. phon) e non tutto funziona alla perfezione. Rimane un po' distante da Siviglia se ci si muove con i mezzi pubblici. Il personale però è molto gentile e disponibile (al nostro arrivo alle 23,30 hanno cambiato 2 camere che aveano problemi senza alcuna difficoltà). Insieme all'Hotel c'è il ristorante con una cucina ottima e con la possibilità di sconti per chi alloggia nell'Hotel.
