The large and luminous 100m2 Latina Deluxe 2 is located in the centre of Madrid in the charming and young los Austrias area, just a 3 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and 5 minutes to Puerta del Sol. The Palacio Real (Royal Palace) is also a short walk and the Reina Sofia and Prado Museums are two metro stops away. For those who came for the tapas experience, there is no shortage of great, specialty tapas bars in this area.
Also around the corner is the Sunday flea market (Rastro) where young and old, tourist and native flock to get great deals on anything from canaries to antique tea sets to CDs. Metro la Latina, line 5 is just 100m from the building.This is the perfect area to get to know the city and have excellent tapas!
On arrival payment must be made for the “amount to be paid on arrival” which is indicated in your reservation confirmation plus 200 euros more as a deposit. Payment must be made in cash. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure at the time specified, when keys are returned and the departure inspection is complete.
