The location was easy to get to, a few roads down from Termini station, so easy to get to from the airport. The accomodation is on the 5th floor, so you have to go up a small lift, which may be a problem for some people if they are claustrophobic. But, was fine for me. The owners of the B&B were lovely people, very accomodating and if you had any problems were very willing to help and sort things out. The breakfast we had was a good choice of croissants and fruit and yoghurts, kept me filled up for the day. As we were on the fifth floor it was nice and quiet. I went in March so the weather was a bit colder so would be unable to comment on air conditioning etc. but lovely people, good location - able to travel to most of the major sights in Rome in the Metro or by walking.

ottima sistemazione vicino alla stazione e al centro. zona tranquilla.molto pulito.colazione discreta. un po' freddo ma molto silenziono. ci tornerò.

Very close proximity to Termini train station and walking distance to the Colesseum. A charming place with comfortable beds and spacious bedroom, which includes breakfast in the bedroom. There is also a lift to the place, so you don't need to climb or carry luggage up the stairs. Isa the owner was very friendly and helpful and was obliging to all our requests and questions. For the price, this place is a piece of jewel in Rome. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely big, airy double bedroom. Isa, who owns the b&b, was always available to answer any questions and gave us lots of useful information and a map when we first arrived.
Breaksfast consisted of cooked eggs, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and juice/tea/coffee which set you up for the day.
Exceptionally clean.
Slightly out of the centre but easy to get around with bus/metro and close to Termini station so getting from the airport to the city was easy.

Allt var exemplariskt! Ägarinnan var väldigt serviceminded, allt var superrent, läget var perfekt och säkert med en polisstation som granne och tio min gångväg till alla sevärdheter och två min gångväg till centralstationen. Detta boende passar bäst för par eller barnfamiljer som vill ha det lugnt och skönt. Jag kommer att bo där igen!!!

B&B Smart liegt nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Termini entfernt und ist somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie das Kolloseum und Forum Romanum kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber! Jeden Tag werden die Betten gemacht, Handtücher hingelegt und das Gemeinschaftsbad geputzt. Die Besitzerin Isa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für Romverhältnisse normal. Wir haben es immer als Lunchpaket für unterwegs genutzt.
Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und können B&B Smart nur weiter empfehlen.
