L'appartamento è pulitissimo, gli interni nuovi (credo ristrutturato da poco) e in ottime condizioni. La posizione è comoda, vicino alla fermata Xatìva, ti permette di arrivare ovunque in poco tempo utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Unica pecca è la comunicazione, non sempre facile, visto che non tutti i membri del personale parlano inglese.

Beautiful restored building and apartment. Fully equiped and clean. Located in a short walk from the historic centre and public transport (trainstation, metro, bus). Owner is well organized and very helpful. It was a pleasure staying over in this apartment and this particular neighbourhood!
