The 1 star Dr Waksman Apartment is located next to Parque Central and the Rusafa area, 15 minutes on foot from the main train station and the City of Arts and Sciences and a short walk from stops for buses to the beach and the port. The area is fairly typical of Valencia city and there are plenty of everyday restaurants where you can enjoy a good set menu at a very reasonable price, which makes it great for those travelling on a budget.
The whole apartment measures 105m2, was renovated in 2005 and equipped with air conditioning and central heating. There is one large double room with an ensuite bathroom with towels and a hair dryer, two twin rooms, a sofa bed and an optional pull-out bed in the living room, sleeping a total of 9 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all other modern conveniences like a washing machine, microwave, fridge and toaster. Guests at the Dr Waksman Apartment also have a TV, DVD player, heating, air conditioning and fans at their disposal.
