The Patacona Resort Apartments offer luxurious and modern accommodation in spacious seafront apartments in the small town of Alboraya, just 7.5 km from Valencia city centre. Alboraya is a coastal town located very close to the city of Valencia and very well connected with the city centre thanks to good bus links and metro. The apartments are located within a residential complex with a swimming pool, mini golf course, gym, tennis courts, padel tennis court and a cafe/restaurant.
The buildings benefit from a 24 hour security service and a lift. Guests may request a parking space in the private garage for a small amount per stay. The apartments have two bedrooms: one spacious room with a double bed and another with two single beds, sleeping a total of 4 guests with the possibility of adding another single bed to accommodate a fifth guest. There is a large living room – dining room, kitchen, bathroom, as well as a terrace with fantastic views. Both the bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including towels and sheets, a hair dryer, a washing machine and tumble dryer.
