Lage: optimal; Missverständnisse durch Verständigungsprobleme; Zimmer wurde die letzten zwei Tage nicht mehr gesäubert; Frühstück/Buffet reichhaltig und teuer; schluß-endlich ein Hotel des gehobenen Standarts.

El hotel se encuentra alado de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias de valencia y a un cuarto de hora en bus del centro. En frente hay un Corte inglés y al otro lado un centro comercial bastante grande. El hotel está muy bien aunque es más para gente de negocios que para gente de ocio.

Durchorganisiertes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Zentral, doch relativ ruhig gelegen. Ich würde dort immer wieder reservieren.

El personal del office muy agradable, la limpieza bien, el chico de mantenimiento rápido y eficaz (y muy simpatico),en general bastante bien. Lo único mejorable que comentamos mi pareja y yo fue el Logotipo del Hotel, la tipografía no está mal pero no se lee muy bien, no destaca en la fachada (a parte de tener una letra fundida) es difícil divisar el hotel al llegar porque el logotipo y la luminosidad no reflejan todo lo que es el hotel, es decir solidez, luz, modernidad... es lo único que mejoraría. (bueno la cisterna del w.c. es un poco latosa pero con el chico de mantenimento se compensa)
