Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Leider mussten wir nur 50 € extra bezahlen, weil die Schlüsselübergabe erst um 22.00 Uhr erfolgen konnte. Nicolai war aber sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal: vom Bahnhof sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Vaporetto leicht erreichbar, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in der Nähe, die Gasse ist ruhig. Wir waren zu fünft, d.h. es war in einem der zwei Schlafzimmer ein drittes Bett aufgestellt. Während die Doppelbetten ausgezeichnete Matratzen haben ist diese vom Zusatzbett katastrophal. Um überhaupt schlafen zu können mussten wir uns aus allen vorhandenen Bettdecken eine Auflage basteln, um die Metallfedern nicht mehr zu spüren. Die Küche mit dem Essplatz ist für fünf Leute eher zu eng. Im Badezimmer sickert vom Waschbecken Wasser zu Boden, sodass immer wieder Wasserpfützen entstehen und das Wasser der WC-Spülung schwappt über. Von der Freundlichkeit des Vermieters waren wir allerdings sehr angetan.

Nicola was a gracious and accomodating host. The apartment in Venice was absolutely comfortable inside. We were able to feel at home. It was very conveniently located to anywhere we wanted to go in Venice. It is a place we would book again.

Good location but for people who can’t walk to far would recommend to use water buses, clean and spacious apartment. Really helpful and friendly apartment owner. There are local supermarket and shops, restaurants and bars. If you love walking Venice is a great place to explore small and narrow streets.
