Man soll sich in Venedig nicht von den schäbigen Hausfassaden abschrecken lassen. Dahinter verbergen sich oft die besten und auch gut renovierten Unterkünfte. Diesen positiven Eindruck hatten auch wir von unserem Appartment. Wir wären gerne noch ein paar Tage geblieben. Geben Sie diesen Geheimtip bloss nicht auf Ihrer Webseite preis ;-)

2 schlafzimmer sind ok, aber knarzende Schiebetüren. Küche ist mit Besteck und Geschrirr zu spärlich bestückt. Duschabtrennung falsch montiert, Wasser läuft ins Bad. Hand/Geschirrtücher zu wenig. Internetzugang per Stick, der erst nach 3 Tagen kam. Vermieterin nur über Handy erreichbar. Kein Fruhstück,wie angekündigt. Gute Lange und Verkehrsanbindung. Geräumig

This apartment is on a great spot, right on the Venice canals, and in the area Cannaregio: nice restaurants and great to walk around in. The apartment itzelf does not have a living room, but it does have two rooms (handyfor suitcases etc when you are just with 2). Not perfectly clean, but very spacious compaired to a hotel room. And the greatest thing again, is the location. When you look outside you are above the canals!

Couldn't locate washing machine but as short stay didn't need it. no hairdryer but provided once requested Had to hold shower to use a few cracks in floor of one bedroom no kettle to make hot drinks Fabulous views of canal Lots of noise from valporetti boats but worth it just for views and seeing activity
