ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito, ottima posizione. Se proprio si vuole essere puntigliosi la cucina è molto bassa, ma cmq ben fornita e pulita.

Lage sehr gut - man kann zu Fuß oder auch mit Vaporetto alle Seenswürdigkeiten in kurze Zeit erreichen. Gemüsemarkt ist auch in der Nähe. Am Abend wird's etwas laut durch das bunte Treiben in der Trattoria unten, uns hats nicht gestört, da wir auch sehr müde waren. In der Küche kann man gut kochen, wenn man ein wenig sparen möchte. Wir kamen nach Venedig früh am Morgen, da war auch kein Problem früher die Schlüssel zu holen und in die Wohnung kommen.

l'apartament estava molt bé! acollidor i maco! l'única pega és que era com un quart pis sense ascensor per tant depen de qui doncs no tindria facilitat d'accés! una altre cosa és que dutxa la podrien mirar de millorar una mica, la cortina donava una mica de fàstic. pel que fa a la zona perfecta, en 10 minuts passejant arribes a San Marco. hi ha una parada de vaporeto de la linia principal a 2 minuts passejant. el carrer on està l'apartament és molt tranquil però a menys de mig minut tens un carrer principal on pots trobar de tot, bars, restaurants, comerços i un supermercat ben gran. recomenable. una cosa per si no t'hi fixes molt en la reserva. s'ha d'anar abans a l'Hotel Ariel però sense cap problema perque pots anar caminant o millor agafar el vaporetto que crec que son 2 parades.
