If You look for a safe, quiet and clean place in the very center of Venice, then You find it here. We have been there in November for the BIENNALE del arte, and it was perfect. Everything was working fine, there is enaough warm water in the shower and you can adjust the room temperature yourself. The instructions at the arrival are very helpfull (Marco indicated to us a very fine Restaurant, the ALBERTO) and was very friendly and efficient, although we only arrived late at night. THANKS

Das Apartment ist in gepflegtem Zustand. Es liegt sehr zentral und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Markusplatz und den wichtigsten Vaporettostellen. Das badezimmer ist sehr klein und etwas muffig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden.

El apartamento está bien.Quizás al llegar a la puerta tienes una impresión rara ya que se encuentra en una callejuela muy estrecha pero está genialmente restaurado y muy muy cerca de Plaza San Marco (3 min. andando).Es muy fácil llegar a él y tiene restaurantes, cafés, tiendas y todo al lado. Muy limpio. El sofá es un poco incómodo pero el resto le doy muy buena puntuación.
