The Appartamento Ca'Panisson is a nicely designed apartment for up to five people, near San Pietro Island in Venice. Staying here, you'll just be a few steps from the famous Biennale Giardini Art Exhibition, as well as stops for the Vaporetto water bus and the Alilaguna, the water bus which goes to and from the airport. There are public gardens nearby, and many tourist sights are within walking distance, such as Saint Mark's Square, Chiesa di San Giovanni in Bragora and the Palazzo Ducale. Of course, in the surrounding area you can find many of the city's charming cafés and restaurants where you can sample the renowned Italian cuisine and tasty coffee.

The apartment measures 75 m2 and consists of 2 double rooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a single sofa bed, and a private bathroom. The apartment's decorated nicely with modern furniture and furnishings, and it's equipped with a TV/DVD player, a washing machine, air-conditioning, hair-dryer and heating. If you're going to be arriving by either Vaporetto or Alilaguna, you can get off at the 'Giardini' stop, where the owners of the apartment will meet you upon request. Note that pets are allowed in this apartment. The breakfast isn't included in the price, but you can feast on fresh coffee and croissants in any of the lovely cafés which dot the island of Venice.
