The B&B is found within a 20 or 30 minute walk from St. Mark's Square, where the impressive St. Mark's Basilica is found. Within three hundred metres of the establishment there is the Sant'Elena stop for the Vaporetto water transport system, so you'll be able to get around very easily. Also, getting from the airport is easy; you can just catch the Alilaguna transport system to the Arsenale stop, and from there the B&B is just a 10 minute walk.

Ideal, wenn man die Biennale besuchen will und gerne eine etwas ruhige Umgebung hat. Gut für Selbstversorger, Frühstück wird nicht geliefert. Unser 2-Zimmer-Appartment war sauber und ausreichend groß, die Wanddekoration ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Geschmack.

Een prima bed & breakfast, voorzien van alle gemakken. Wanneer je aankomt op piazzale roma neem dan de vaporetto lijn 1 en stap uit bij St. Elena.

Lage in einem Wohnviertel, nur 20 min bis zum Markusplatz, Zimmer war in top Zustand. Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hat Tipps gegeben bzw. nette und günstige Lokale empfohlen. Würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen!

Very friendly and the room was lovely and clean. The B&B was in a safe and quite area, with a good cafe and local food shops close by. I was expecting a B&B but instead it was a very basic help yourself service in the room. I would have at least expected a couple of fresh croissants and a decent coffee each morning as part of the price. That said the main Island of Venice is incredibly expensive and this place is quite good value for money.
