Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. ( Verständigung auf Englisch super) alles sehr sauber von Bad, Bettwäsche, bis Zimmer etc. Schöne Aussicht in den Innenhof. Palmen, Vogelgezwitscher . Betten genau richtig, nicht zu hart, nicht zu soft. Schön war es , dass unser Zimmer rauchfrei war. Anstelle des Frühstücks gibt es Coins, die man in die Automaten wirft, welche unten in der sogenannten Bar um die Ecke steh´n. Wir haben die Coins alle aufgebraucht, Cappuchino und Croissant haben sogar einigermaßen geschmeckt. Für Menschen mit sehr hohen Ansprüchen und für Leute, die Raucher als Vermieter doof finden, ist diese Herberge ungeeignet; für unkomplizierte Leute bestens, weil eben super unkompliziert. In einem Wohn-Haus mit anderen zu wohnen und den Alltag in Venedig ein wenig mehr mitzubekommen, war für uns etwas Besonderes. Also: Hin da!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in einem Teil von Venedig, den man als Tourist kaum entdecken würde. Trotzdem ist man in ein Viertel Stunde im Zentrum (S. Marco). Mehrere Vaparetto halten 200m vor der Tür. Der Vermieter ist sehr höflich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war mit einem zusätzlichen Loft bestens geeignet für uns drei als Familie. Wir wären gerne noch ein Tag gebleiben, alleine es war schon ausgebucht.

It is in a quiet residential area - very good to be a 15-20 minute walk away from the main tourist attractions. The vaporetti stop is 2 minutes away with easy access to all areas - only 5 minutes to Lido. I had total freedom with my own key and the owner (Adriano)was extremely friendly and helpful. A very relaxed place to stay. I was travelling alone and felt very secure there. Would definitely stay there again to explore even more of Venezia.
