Everything was good. The only problem was with hot water. The shower had some problem, it gave hot water for a few minutes and then stopped giving hot water.

Sehr gute Lage, mitten im Zentrum; Bäcker und nette Bars in der Nähe. Der Vermieter hat uns gute Restaurants empfohlen. Unsere Favoriten: 1. Da Alvise; www.daalvise.com Das weltbeste Tiramisu und leckeres Essen zu einem top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 2. La Colonna; Cannaregio, 5329, 30121 Venezia Venedig ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Appartement agréable et très bien situé, calme et lumineux. Décoration simple, avons aimer les nombreuses peintures aux murs. Propreté : peu mieux faire (WC et cuisine d'appoint, le reste etant correcte). Le necessaire pour se préparer un petit déjeuné est à disposition, mais nous avons préféré racheter des produits de meilleur gout (café, beurre, jus de fruits provenant de hard discouteurs, bourrés d'aditifs et de qualité médiocre). Par contre livraison chaque matin de pains frais et viennoiseries. Linge de maison à disposition et à volonté. Peu de contact avec les propriétaires (accueil et départ seulement).
