Muy bien situado, a 10 minutos de Rialto y de la Plaza de San Marcos. Puedes volver fácilmente a descansar un rato y luego volver a salir. Habitaciones sencillas, (yo estuve en la Privé 2, creo que hay varios tipos), pero limpias y funcionales. Las camas podrían ser algo más cómodas. En una calle relativamente tranquila, pero si hay ruído se escucha, la insonorización no es demasiado buena. El personal normalmente no está, sino que está en un hotel a 100 metros, pero es fácil contactar con ellos, y te explican cualquier duda muy amablemente. El desayuno es sencillo, con pan, croissants, galletas, biscottes, zumo (no natural) y café-chocolate-te. Puedes pedirle que cambien pan por croissants o cosas así sin problemas. Sin ascensor (algo que creo que es totalmente común en Venecia), una buena opción.

The guesthouse was fairly easy to find and the location was great. It was in a quieter more residential area away from the hoards of tourists. The staff were wonderful and honest, we left some money in the apartment by accident and they were really helpful in transfering the money back to my uk bank account. The room we had was lovely, it was right the top of the guest house but only unfortunate thing was that it didn't have a lift so we had to carry our suitcases up 5 sets of stairs. We had breakfast that was included, which was fantastic. I would highly rate this accommodation.

Locanda in ottima posizione (fuori dei grandi flussi turistici, ma a pochi minuti dai luoghi più importanti della città: S. Marco e Rialto). Personale molto cortese e disponibile.
