De ligging is prima. Het ontbijt is slecht, heeeel oud brood, vieze ketelkoffie, heel karig 1 jammetje en 1 botertje pp. Voor 70 euro pp mag je een vers broodje en beleg verwchten. Het hoeft geen uitgebreid buffet te zijn maar wel vers! De kamer is niet zo mooi als op de foto, gevaarlijke kapotte stekkers, lampjes zonder kapje! dat ziet er niet uit, wel redelijk schoon, badkamer verouderd maar wel te doen. Op het moment dat wij er waren, sept. 2011, begonnen de bouwvaker net aan de verbouwing, lekkr stoffig dus overal. De receptionist was wel aardig maar heeft ons verkeerde informatie gegeven over transport naar de haven en naar het vliegveld. Dit heeft ons 200 euro aan watertaxi's gekost, terwijl we achteraf prima met de bus, of zelfs hadden kunnen lopen!

L'albergo è situato a 10 min a piedi dal ponte di rialto,quindi vicino anche a piazza san marco.Purtroppo era in ricostruzione, quindi c'era un via vai di muratori e tanta polvere.La stanza piccolissima,però vivibile,con vista su un piccolo canalino.La colazione era ottima,preparano anche il cappuccino buonissimo.

although i requested for a double room with one bed, the mattress was not that comfortable as it was like sticking two mattress to be one. the T.V. channels lack any english channel. however, despite all that it was convenient.
