Schöne kleine Unterkunft, allerdings an einer Hauptstraße und in einem Wohn- und Industriegebiet gelegen. Wen das allerdings nicht stört (schalldichte Fenster) sollte trotzdem dieses Hotel buchen und nicht eines in Venedig selbst. Hier fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben, sehr liebes und freundliches Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre, eine Kellnerin spricht perfekt Englisch. Busstation nach Venedig (Nr. 56, rückzu "Padova, Dolo") ist nahe der Hotltür. Großes Einkaufszentrum in 15 Minuten Fußweg. Frühstück inclusive, wer nicht weit laufen will, im gleichen Restaurante im Hotel gibt es auch Mittagessen und Abendbrot - köstlich!!!

What a fantastic place! Great value for money. I went with my mother and had a twin room. The room wasn't too big but just what we needed and served our needs perfectly. The room was spotless and serviced the same every day. The owners are truly genuine and lovely (only speak a little english!) and always very helpful The rest of the staff (Anna and Mirca) are fantastic and very helpful! If you enjoy seafood then the speciality seafood restaurant is a true gem .. popular with the locals so that says it all! The raw seafood platter (if into that srt of thing was the best we had!) Once you get to know the buses it is easy to get in and out of Venezia but make sure you get the 6/ and not the 6. We arrived late at night and had quite a walk as got the wrong bus...made for an interesting start to our holiday I have to say! The area is not great but if you can't afford to be in the centre of Venezia and don't mind bussing it in then this is the place for you. About 15 minutes into Venezia..... Oh yes..and breakfast is also great! My mom and I were really impressed and everyone at Ca Nova helped to make our stay in Venezia a memorable one. x
