Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr gut und für 'mittendrin' auch ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und ständig erreichbar. Schade fanden wir nur, daß auf dem WC der Sitz wackelte, was leider in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht behoben wurde. Es gab eine Badewanne, aber die Duschwand war nicht dicht und so kommt es leicht zur ungewollten Überschwemmung. Bad und Toilette sind die einzigen Gründe, warum wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen wollen. Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist o.k.

L'appartement est extrêmement bien tenu. Nous y avons trouvé toutes les petites choses indispensables qui nous ont fait sentir à la maison: sopalin, shampoing, sèche cheveux, huile, sel, tisanes, couvertures, fer à repasser, wifi, placards, excellent chauffage... Des détails pratiques qui rendent le séjour facile et agréable. Idéalement placé (central et à 1 minute de 2 supermarchés) et très calme de surcroît. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

It was exactly as described. The position was excellent and we had 6 good nights sleep. The owner was very helpful with excellent english, Some of the decorations, furniture and fittings were a little tired and there was not a toaster or kettle but the flat has loads of space and is right in the centre of vienna. There were also nice touches like umbrellas and guide books to borrow.
