mooie met ov. goed te bereiken centrale top-(7-e en bovenste verdieping)lokatie en geweldig uitzicht, dubbel glas dus geen lawaai, 1 goed ingedeelde leef-ruimte, heel open en heel schoon, goed bed, we kregen de verwarming na 21.00 niet meer aan dus dat is niet fijn als je laat terug komt... verder alle voorzieningen prima in orde! prijs is hoog (90€ p.n.) en communicatie met host was onduidelijk -kreeg van ontvangvervangster geen kwitantie ed. dus alles op vertrouwen maar dat ging uitstekend.) al met al: Absolute aanrader!!

Das Apartment ist sehr hell und geräumig und recht gut ausgestattet. Dass es einen kleinen Balkon hat, haben wir geschätzt. Verbessern könnte man: Tablare im grossen Wandschrank montieren, eine Steckdose für Fön im Bad einrichten und mehr Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung stellen. Besonders gefreut haben uns die Pflanzen, die Beleuchtung und den liebevollen Empfang durch Susan. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut und die Lebensmittelmärkte (auch am Sonntag) sehr bequem erreichbar. Leider muss man bei der Lage an einer stark befahrenen Strasse mit ziemlichem Verkehrslärm rechnen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden zudem noch die Strassenbahngeleise erneuert, was unerträglichen Lärm verursachte. Zum Glück sind die Fenster schalldicht. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Très bel appartement lumineux et bien situé. Risque de température élevée l'été (pas de climatisation). Attention l'option du nettoyage est obligatoire et donc payante.
