Everything was perfect from the start. Although we arrived early in the morning and couldn't check into the room until midday, the staff attempted (and achieved) making us feel at home from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here if we came to Vienna for a second time.

Also ich war noch nie so zufrieden. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat echt alles super gemacht. Es wurde geholfen ohne Ende und weit über das übliche Maß hinaus. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und auch die Zimmer sind 1A! Internet und Telefon funktionieren einwandfrei. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben. Die Leute haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und stehen bei Fragen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat bereit. Sogar Bahnfahrpläne werden gedruckt damit wir unsere Ziele gut erreichen konnten. Ich bin begeistert und wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen. DANKE FÜR DIE TOLLE WOCHE :)
