L'appartement Almodovar est idéalement situé dans Madrid. Il est en outre très calme (ce qui est rare dans cette ville)et très propre. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Très bon accueil.

Very well situated, clean, quiet and warm. But generally looking a little worn in some places and in ways which could be easily fixed: Bathroom had some broken ceiling tiles and there were cockroaches at night - such visitors are perhaps unavoidable in this style and age of building. Several cups were broken or cracked, standard lamp had its shade torn, a curtain partially detached from its rail and one bedroom blind could not be adjusted (slats were jammed), broken doors had been left in the wardrobe rather than just taken away. All these, i agree, are pretty minor and it seems petty to rasie them - we were in general very comfortable and happy here. But it seems a great pity to let such easy-to-resolve niggles persist as they only serve to reduce what would otherwise be a great place.

Bel emplacement proche des quartiers vivants de Madrid mais appartement tres sombre, sans aeration dans cuisine et SDB, odeur d egout tres persistante, vaisselle sale alors qu on paie 50 euros de frais de ménage en plus du prix. Decue pour Le prix.
